We may ship to Poland, Germany, Czechia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Hungary, subject to a shipping method being available for the item and address at checkout. Restrictions may apply to heavy goods and chemicals. Shipping prices depend on weight, size, destination and carrier; the final amount is shown before purchase. Estimated preparation and delivery times are shown on the product page or before you order. An order containing several items may ship once all items are ready unless separate shipments are agreed. We will notify you of delays. If a parcel appears damaged, please take photographs and contact us promptly; a carrier damage report is not a condition for exercising statutory consumer rights.
