Withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw online, by email or by post — choose the method that suits you.

Key information

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Statutory timing rules apply to split deliveries. Your remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract remain separate and are not affected.

Withdraw in three steps

1. Send a clear statement through “Withdraw from contract here”, by email to info@stoneonline.eu or by post.
2. Include your name, order number and whether you are withdrawing from the whole order or selected products.
3. Keep the confirmation. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Returning the goods

Send the goods within 14 days after notifying us to GlobeNET Łukasz Osiadły, ul. Brzozowa 8e, 55-040 Domasław, Poland. Pack natural-stone products appropriately for their weight and fragility; tracked shipping is recommended. You bear the direct return cost where this was disclosed before purchase. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we provide the actual or estimated return cost before the order is placed.

Refund

We refund all eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods or proof of dispatch is received. We use the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Made-to-order goods

The withdrawal right may be excluded only for genuinely non-prefabricated goods made to an individual customer specification. Selecting an ordinary standard variant does not automatically remove the right. Where an exception applies, we identify it clearly before purchase.
