Every grave vase, grave lantern, grave bowl, memorial book or memorial set at StoneOnline can be made from one of 43 stone varieties. Below you’ll find them all: a sample photo, a short description of the appearance and the price group. The photos show a polished surface — natural stone always has a unique pattern, so the specific slab may differ slightly from the sample.
How do the price groups work?
We’ve divided the stone varieties into 6 groups — from group 1, the most budget‑friendly, to group 6 with premium stones. All stones in the same group have an identical price for a given product. This means you can choose purely by appearance within a group and the price won’t change. You select the colour on the product page, for example for grave vases or grave lanterns, and the price updates immediately after you choose.
Group 1
Light granites in shades of grey with fine or medium grain, including Polish Strzegom and Strzelin. They pair well with light headstones and offer the best value.

How to choose a stone
If you’re matching accessories to an existing headstone, compare a photo of the headstone with the samples on this page and choose a variety with a similar background and grain. Dark, uniform stones such as Swedish Black, Nero Angola or Impala suit almost any headstone. Stones with flowing patterns, like Multicolor, Paradiso or Juparana, are more decorative and work best as a bold accent. If exact colour matching is crucial, write to us before ordering — we’ll advise which variety will be the closest.
